Order Processing


We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Shipping)

Regular shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (with tracking & insurance): $5.99 on orders under $100.00 | FREE on orders $100.00+
• Expedited Shipping (3–5 day delivery): $11.00


Note: We currently do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

We currently ship worldwide.
•    Economy International (6–10 business days): FREE on orders $100.00+
•    Standard International Shipping: $11.00 on orders under $100.00
Customs & Duties: Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at Support@TheSleepShield.com with your name and order number so we can help.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sleep Shield™ products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
•    Returns are not accepted on opened or used products due to health and safety standards.
•    International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
•    No handling fees are charged on exchanges or store credit.

Warranty Coverage
All Sleep Shield™ products are covered by a 60-day warranty against defects such as peeling or lifting.

Defective Products
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please email Support@TheSleepShield.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
